Group Coaching

Group Coaching

What is group coaching?
Group coaching is a process where a small number of people with a common interest get together with a facilitator (a professional coach) and maximise the synergy of the combined group along with its energy, vast experience and extended wisdom of the individuals who choose to join the group with the aim of achieving personal and group objectives and goals.

Value to the client.

Organizations regularly gain value from group coaching due to the scalable nature of the process.
Further benefits we have seen emerge as a result of groups working together include opening up communication between silos or group members in different parts of the organization. Furthermore, over time these relationships create a valuable network across the enterprise.
Group coaching is often used to enhance training that is provided by offering a follow-on service, supporting learners with the transfer and application of their learning. Group coaching is an on-going conversation, which supports change over time and therefore is supportive of change programmes and cultural shifts.
